This is Rosie here, I came upon this beautiful fabric back in 2018. When I began working with it, I didn't realize what I had. It is pristinely preserved antique fabric.
The old adage "they don't make it like they used to", is positively apt for this astonishing toweling.
The 60% cotton makes it absorbent, and the 40% linen contributes the "magnetic" liquid pickup.
Sadly, it is finite, not being produced anymore. I won't come upon a cache like this again but I hope to have it in stock for several years to come :-).
