Cotton Long Skirts

What is more airy, comfortable and elegant than a long skirt on a hot summer's day? We've been savouring this design for some years now, the cut and length inspired by Indian "Petticoats", but with added side pockets. We are rejoicing because after searching for all these years, we've found the perfect lightweight pure cotton, just the right weight and weave for the skirt to to fall properly (ie: beautifully!!)

Sizing

The adjustable waist causes the length to be adjustable too - you can wear your skirt wherever it feels comfortable; around your waist, at your hips, or anywhere inbetween ;-)

To put your skirt on, you will step into it, so it is important that the opening at the top is large enough to go over your hips. The S/M/L size fits people with hips up to 40" or 102cm. The XL size is for people with hips from 40" or 102cm to 48" or 122cm.

The length options are the same for both sizes (S/M/L and XL)

*the most accurate way to be sure of your length is to put a measuring tape at the point on you hip where you will wear the skirt and measure down, to the point where you prefer the skirt to end.

*Please note - we've added an XL size option but haven't added a size diagram below for XL (yet).
The measurements shown below are for the size  S/M/L sizes and fit up to 40" or 102 cm hips.
The new XL size fits people with hips from 40" to 48" or 102cm to 122cm.
